Customer Service Week is an international celebration of the importance of customer service and of the people who serve and support customers on a daily basis. The International Customer Service Association started customer service week in 1984. In 1992 Congress proclaimed Customer Service Week a nationally recognized event, to be celebrated annually the first full week in October.
Customer Focus is one of our core values, so this week is especially important to us. Our team is committed to customer excellence, and time and time again we rise to the occasion for our customers.
