Here at Mittera, it’s our job to ensure that the customer receives a quality product on every order. We want to make sure that our clients are satisfied and continue to turn to us for all their printing needs. But quality isn’t something that just happens on its own. It takes hard work and collaboration. Throughout production, we have processes in place that ensure you end up with a final product done exactly right.

Once a print job goes to press, our quality assurance department works closely with our press team to ensure that the color matches the color proof, as well as identify and correct any imperfections such as scratches and hickies. Once a job is printed, it is checked for quality in the bindery department to ensure that folding, cutting, and stitching are being performed according to the customer’s specifications. As a final check, samples of our work are sent out to the customer.

The quality department is also in charge of reviewing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). SOP’s, as their name would suggest, set the standard for how things should be done throughout our production operations. With proper standards in place, we can further eliminate the chances of an error occurring.
